We are pleased to invite you to the annual members' meeting, which will be preceded by networking and cocktails.

The meeting agenda will be as follows:

a) Presentation of the Annual Report of the Branch by the Chair of the Board
b) Recognition of passed finalists, new members and new Fellows.
c) Approval of the minutes of the CIMA Canada annual members’ meeting held on 26 May 2016.
d) Approval of members nominated to the CIMA Canada board. As per the CIMA Canada bylaws, nominations were requested of members volunteering on committees to fill three vacancies on the board.
e) Presentation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 Dec 2016 by the Chair of the Finance Committee.
f) Appointment of the Auditor.
g) Any other business.

The Annual Members' Meeting will be followed by dinner.
