Cricket Across The Pond is a community
initiative led by CIMA Canada to provide opportunities to youth
from diverse neighborhoods and develop social cohesion and interaction
among young people through cricket. The program offers a fully paid
cricket training in the UK and an opportunity to represent CIMA
Toronto Mayor's X1 during their visit to UK - July 18 - 26, 2014.
If you are between 16 - 20 years old and interested in this opportunity,
please submit your application below.
Registration deadline is Friday June 06, 2014. Selected candidates
will be invited to attend a cricket screening session and a face
to face interview as part of the selection process in the first
two weeks in June.
Please note the following dates re. 2014 application
process.
1. CAP applications closing date - June 6, 2014
2. Cricket screening session for selected West End applicants June
10th at Yashi Sports (To be held in the evening - time TBD)
3. Cricket screening session for selected East End applicants June
11th at Sorkkam Sports (To be held in the evening - time TBD)
4. Interviews for short listed candidates June 16 - Location TBD

5. Parent Info sessions for 2014 CAP team June 23 - 6.30 pm at Toronto
City Hall
