- debt, equity, or a combination of the two; determine how a limited
liability company (LLC) can help the company meet certain strategic

Provide support for commodity tax issues within the region
Offers commodity tax planning services to clients Deals with Canada
Revenue Agency and relevant provincial ministries client issues
Research commodity tax issues and prepare memorandum
Review client’s GST procedures for Audit purposes
Assistance in voluntary disclosure
Sound technical knowledge of Commodity Tax related issues
Ability to manage client relationships
Motivated and diligent in maintaining current technical knowledge
in the area of Commodity Tax
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Good computer skills with experience in MS Office, Caseware /
Caseview and TaxPrep
Qualified CA, CGA or CMA with successful completion of the CICA
GST In-depth Tax Course (level I & II at a minimum)
Completion of CICA PST In-depth Tax course would be an asset.
Minimum of 2-3 years of commodity tax experienc
Experience in consulting in real estate transactions would be
