Marrouane Nabih is the Chief Financial
Officer of Randstad Canada, the country’s leader for Staffing,
Recruitment and HR Services. At Randstad Canada he is responsible
for all financial reporting, accounting, tax, compliance, budgeting,
risk management, payroll, credit and treasury for the company.
Marrouane brings more than 15 years of global financial management
experience to Randstad Canada and has extensive operational
and financial experience.
Before joining Randstad Canada, he served as Vice-President
of Finance & Administration at Cascades Inc and Cascades
Boxboard European where he was responsible for all facets of
the organization’s financial strategy, planning, management
and accounting. Prior to that, he has worked for global organizations
such as L’Oreal, Rio Tinto Alcan where he provided strategic
direction and corporate alignment to achieve major business
outcomes.
With a Master's of Business Administration and Bachelor degree
in Accounting from University of Québec at Trois-Rivières,
Marrouane is perfectly bilingual and holds the distinction of
being appointed as the youngest Vice President of Finance and
Administration at Cascades Inc.
